C & R Maintenance Services Ltd provides a specialist, high quality, all trades service to Care Settings, offering a one-stop solution for our clients. We carry out a diverse range of projects from the installation of fully adapted bathrooms or Wet Floor Shower rooms which are fully compliant with Document M, to full scale renovation and two story extension works of 80 bed Care Homes.
As a client-focused company, we partner with our clients on all projects. We develop successful working relationships with Care Managers and Property Managers to maximise the smooth running of contract works and minimise the impact on the day-to-day operations of the individual Care Homes.
All our staff are fully trained and understand the exact needs of the client and have experience of working with vulnerable adults, which means we are able to accommodate the needs of individual residents into our schedules.
