Let us introduce ourselves. We are one of Yorkshire’s leading property care companies and work in both the private and public sector. We specialise in refurbishments and disabled adaptations for councils and healthcare specialists like BUPA, Four Seasons, Leonard Cheshire and Embrace. We are proud to have worked with local authorities including Leeds, Bradford, Kirklees and Calderdale.
‘Customer Satisfaction is achieved through a clear understanding of the needs of each individual client.’
We also offer maintenance contracts for big companies too, along with home refurbishments and extension projects for private individuals. So, if you are looking for a wet room, assisted bathroom or kitchen, ramps or other aids to help make your life easier, give us a call. We can provide everything from a surveyor to a electrician along with a CAD drawing service and fire risk assessments. Not only do we have lots of different strings to our bow but we have an excellent reputation and proven track record in treating everyone the same – be it a council wanting a major refurbishment contract to a couple simply wanting a downstairs bathroom.
So why choose us you might be thinking?
In a nutshell because we are good at what we do. We pride ourselves on quality and creating a service you won’t find anywhere else. We offer a sound investment and good value for money and our customers are never just a number. We always listen to what you want and act on it. It’s called putting you first and we wouldn’t have it any other way. At the moment we work across the north of England but we are growing so quickly we hope to have a national presence within the next five years.
We work in both private and commercial sectors, providing first class service at all levels – from full refurbishment, to simply changing a light fitting!
Providing a specialist, high quality, all trades service to Care settings. We can operate on the basis of project specific costs or bespoke schedule of rates.
Combining our experience of working in the homes of private individuals with working in care settings to provide adaptions – we can cater to all your requirements!
Well done. Thank you for all the hard work you and your teams put in to achieve this accolade. You have gone the extra mile that makes all the difference.
Throughout their time in the home, they (C&R) have consistently worked around the needs of the people who live in the home whilst at the same time managing to stay within their timeframes. The work that they have completed has been to a vey high and consistent standard, and nothing has been too much trouble for them. As they finish the work at the end of this week, I would be most grateful if you could pass our compliments on to them, as I feel that they deserve this recognition.
I just wanted to make contact to offer some feedback regarding the recent work your team have completed at Charles House. For me, the whole process was managed extremely well. Any project of this type, for this duration within a Medium Secure setting will always prompt heightened anxiety due to the risks involved. Your team, from day one, accepted and worked within our security procedures. They were flexible when it was required, often due to clinical reasons, which included working overnight on occasion. They worked closely with our staff to plan and execute a safe working schedule and communicated daily with the Managers. Due to these reasons the work was carried out with minimal disruption to our Service Users. I also thought that your staff were motivated to create a much improved environment for our Service Users and interacted appropriately when explaining what they were doing. On behalf of the Service Users I would like to pass on their appreciation of the work that has been completed.
